This hearty noodle soup, which originally hails from Tibet, has become a staple in the northern regions of India, particularly in Himachal Pradesh, where Tibetan culture has a significant presence.

So, what is Thukpa? Thukpa is a soul-warming noodle soup known for its rich, savory broth and the delightful medley of ingredients it encompasses. It's the perfect dish for cold weather, offering both comfort and nourishment in every bowl. During my visit to Spiti Valley last year, thukpa was a go-to comfort food that bought warmth and satisfaction especially during the colder days.
